Dear Valued Go Tenant Customers,

I trust this message finds you well. I am Rick Gannon, Co-Founder of Go Tenant Property Platform, and today, I have some truly exciting news to share with you.

Since its inception, I have poured my expertise into Go Tenant, which has proudly stood as a leading property management system for landlords. We've had the privilege of serving countless customers like you, and your continued support has been instrumental in our journey.

I am thrilled to announce a remarkable development that has been in the works for several months. COHO has an unparalleled vision for the property industry, and after many chats with Vann we believe that together we can more quickly make the vision a reality, building upon COHO's renowned property management platform.

Therefore I am delighted to inform you that the Go Tenant Board of Directors has made the strategic decision to merge with COHO.

But what does this merger mean for you, our valued customers?

COHO, with its stellar reputation, will be acquiring Go Tenant, offering you an exciting opportunity to engage with COHO's feature-rich software platform while continuing to efficiently manage your business operations. This will be made as smooth as possible for you.

Because we take the importance of your data and privacy seriously, both Go Tenant and COHO thought it was important for the migration to be a choice, and as such, no sensitive data has been exchanged, nor requested.

Instead, we have agreed an exclusive discounted price for Go Tenant customers, as well as completely free data migration carried out by COHO's FastTrack team.

So, what are your next steps?

In the upcoming days, you will receive a series of emails from us with detailed instructions on how to download your data stored within the Go Tenant system, and the future of your Go Tenant account, as well as further information about COHO and what you can expect.

The team at COHO have put together an introduction video on COHO, how the migration process will happen, the new features you can benefit from, and how to become even more productive after the transition.

For those of you who already know about COHO, or are ready to take steps to migrate right away, we've agreed to a fully free migration carried out by COHO's FastTrack team, and a heavily discounted COHO subscription price to match Go Tenant's £1.50 unit price. This will be available on a first-come-first-served basis for anybody making a commitment in March.
To take this up, please book one of the limited FastTrack slots using this link

When can you expect these changes to take place?

Rest assured, if you're in a particularly busy period, COHO is able to handle as much of the work as possible so you have little distraction, but the choice is yours to make. Here are the options:

Option 1: COHO Migrates the data for you

Use this link to book a slot with COHO's FastTrack team and the migration will be carried out with no time taken from your team. You can then download your data and keep a copy on a cloud drive as a back-up.

Option 2: Manually migrate to COHO

If you are not ready to make the decision, you can download your Go Tenant data and manually set up a COHO account in your own time. COHO have ensured they'll be there to help every step of the way.

Option 3: Download my Go Tenant Data and choose another property management system

Whilst COHO has demonstrated its ability to build industry-leading features, and I have decided to migrate my own portfolio over to COHO you may have a preference to go elsewhere. If this is the case then you are able to download all of the data that you have stored onto Go Tenant by clicking on the new download link and following the instructions within your Go Tenant account.

With the government's ongoing push on landlords with increasing regulation, we would strongly discourage you from taking the risk of using spreadsheets and calendars to manage your business.

We anticipate the merger with COHO to be complete within the next 3 months and the Go Tenant platform to close within 6 months, giving you ample time to adjust to the COHO platform and complete your data transition.

We understand that you may have questions, and I want you to know that we are here to address them over the coming weeks. Keep an eye out for our next email, which will contain comprehensive instructions on accessing your data and ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to your business.

I want to express my sincere gratitude for your unwavering loyalty as a Go Tenant customer. Together, we look forward to an exciting evolution on the COHO platform.
Thank you for being a part of our Go Tenant journey, and here's to a brighter future with COHO

Warm regards,
Rick Gannon
